This agreement covers websites, Google Business Profile setup and local SEO built, hosted and cared for by Limitless Marketing Group LLC ("we", "us"), and our standalone SEO services. It applies to you, the business named at checkout ("you"), when you accept it in Stripe along with the billing terms linked from your proposal. Your proposal states your package, your prices and anything specific to your project; the billing terms state exactly what is charged and when. Together with this agreement, those are the whole deal.

Who is agreeing

The person who completes checkout confirms they own the business or are authorized to sign up on its behalf, and that the business is the client under this agreement.

Your package and what it includes

Every Starter, Plus and Premium package includes a custom website designed around your business, with no separate build price: a mobile-friendly layout, a quote form and click-to-call on every page, local SEO built into every page, your site submitted to Google for indexing, your Google Business Profile created or claimed and set up in your name, hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and text and email support. Your proposal names your package:

Starter — up to five pages and one content update request per month.
Plus — everything in Starter, plus monthly Google Business Profile posts, photos and upkeep; new town and service-area pages added over time; a monthly site health check and speed tune-up; a branded digital review QR card and link; your best Google reviews added to your website monthly on request; and three content update requests per month completed within three business days.
Premium — everything in Starter and Plus, plus up to eight pages with more town pages for a wider area; a seasonal promo banner on your homepage on request; a branded digital business card for your team; a quarterly strategy call; conversion tune-ups and stock photo sourcing; five content update requests per month completed within two business days; and priority phone and text support.
Custom project — a website with the scope, build price, hosting price and estimated timeline set out in your proposal.

A content update request is a simple change to an existing page: new text, photos, hours, services or prices. New pages, redesigns, new features and anything beyond your package are quoted separately and done only with your approval. Unused update requests do not roll over. Online stores, booking or payment systems, custom applications and third-party integrations are not included unless your proposal says so.

Your Google Business Profile

We create your Google Business Profile, set it up, and invite your own email as an owner so it is yours. After about seven days we make you the primary owner, and we stay on as a manager while your package is active. If you already have a profile, you add us as a manager and it stays in your name. Google requires the business owner to complete its verification steps, which can include a short video, and we guide you through them. Google alone decides whether and when a profile is verified, and how it appears in search and on Maps.

What we need from you, and the 24-hour clock

We build from the information you give us: your business details, the services you offer, your logo if you have one, and any photos you would like to use. When we have everything we need, we confirm it to you by text or email, and that confirmation starts the clock.

For Starter, Plus and Premium packages, your website will be built and live online, at a link you can open and share, within 24 hours of that confirmation. That is what we mean by "live in 24 hours." A confirmation sent after 5 p.m. Mountain time on a Friday, or on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, starts the clock at 9 a.m. Mountain time on the next business day. Custom projects follow the estimated timeline in your proposal; estimates are not guarantees.

The clock pauses while we are waiting on you, such as for missing information, answers to our questions or your review, and during delays outside our control. Connecting your own domain, Google's verification of your Business Profile, and Google indexing your site are not part of the 24 hours: they depend on your domain access and on Google's own processes, and can take longer.

Hosting is never charged before your website launches, so a delay does not cost you hosting fees. That is your sole remedy if we miss the 24-hour clock; a delay does not otherwise change this agreement.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us, including photos, logos and text. You review your website and we make one round of reasonable corrections before launch; your review and those corrections come after the 24 hours. After launch, changes are handled as content update requests under your package.

Launch

Your website launches when it is published and reachable at your domain. If you have not given us the domain access we need within seven days of the website being ready, we may launch it at a temporary address we provide, and move it to your domain when access arrives; launching at a temporary address counts as launch. For Starter, Plus and Premium packages, the first hosting payment is charged at launch. For custom projects, any remaining build balance is charged at launch and monthly hosting begins 30 days after launch, as stated in your billing terms.

Hosting and care

While your package is active we host your website, keep it secured and backed up, apply security updates, and complete the work and update requests included in your package. We work to keep your website fast, secure and online, and we may schedule brief maintenance windows. We cannot promise uninterrupted service, specific search rankings or map positions, that Google will verify your Business Profile, or a particular number of visitors, calls, leads or sales.

Six-month initial term

Website hosting plans begin with a six-month initial term, counted from your first hosting payment. If you cancel or stop paying during that term, the remaining months of the term are still owed, and we may take your website offline until they are paid. After the initial term your plan continues month to month at the same price, with no action needed from you, and you can cancel before your next renewal by emailing contact@nolimitwebs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period.

If a payment fails

If a hosting or SEO payment is missed or declined, you have 30 days to bring your account current with an updated payment method. We will send reminders on days 7, 14 and 28. If payment has not been made by day 30, we may take your website offline and pause your services. The amount remains owed, including the rest of an initial term, and service resumes once the balance is paid.

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including deposits, monthly hosting, SEO services and domain charges. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. The one exception: if we are unable to deliver your website, we will refund any website build payments you made.

Pricing

Your prices are fixed in your proposal. We do not raise them during or after your initial term without your separate approval.

Cancellation and what happens after

Request cancellation by email before your next renewal date; we confirm the service end date in writing. When your plan ends we take the website offline and may delete our copies of its files 30 days later. There is no exit fee. You keep everything you gave us — your text, photos, logo, business information and customer inquiries — along with your domain and your Google Business Profile. The design, code and hosted files of a website included in a Starter, Plus or Premium package belong to us and are licensed to you while your plan is active. For a custom project, ownership of the finished website transfers to you once the build price is paid in full.

Your domain

By default you are the registrant and owner of your domain, whether you bring one or we help you register it. If we register and hold a domain on your behalf, we will transfer it to you on request at no charge. Domain billing, when included in your proposal, is described in your billing terms and is separate from hosting.

Standalone SEO services

If you already have a website and hire us for SEO only, the monthly price and scope are set in your proposal. SEO services are billed monthly from your first payment with no minimum term, renew automatically and can be canceled before the next renewal. We cannot guarantee specific rankings or results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use your website for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful. We may suspend a website that puts our hosting, other clients or the public at risk, and we will tell you why.

Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages or changes at our hosting, domain, software or payment providers, Google's own systems and review processes, internet or power failures, natural disasters, or emergencies affecting our team. We will keep you updated and pick back up as soon as we reasonably can.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide and for claims arising from it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement for new clients at any time. If a change would materially affect your current plan, we will tell you by email, and it will not apply during your initial term without your agreement.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Utah. If part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
