Terms of Service

These terms describe the website and optional text messaging program operated by Limitless Marketing Group LLC at nolimitwebs.com.

Website services and inquiries

We build websites with monthly hosting plans, build fully custom websites for a quoted price, and provide SEO services. Contacting us or requesting a website does not obligate you to purchase. Hosting plans begin with a six-month initial term, as shown with our pricing. Your plan, prices and project details are set out in your personal proposal; the Website Service Agreement defines the work included and the billing authorization terms linked from your proposal define exactly what is charged and when. You accept both through the Stripe checkout. This page does not replace or expand that authorization.

Limitless Marketing Group LLC text updates

When you provide your mobile number and check the optional SMS consent box on our request form, you agree to receive texts about your website inquiry, requested mockup, appointments, and project updates, including automated messages. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply. This consent does not enroll you in unrelated promotional campaigns. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request a mockup without consenting to SMS.

Opting out and rejoining

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which the program will stop sending you messages. You can also ask us to stop at contact@nolimitwebs.com. If you later wish to rejoin, contact us to complete a new opt-in; we will not resume texts solely because your number remains in our records.

Help and delivery

Reply HELP for help, email contact@nolimitwebs.com, or call (385) 527-2738. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and availability depend on your carrier and mobile service. Contact your wireless provider about your plan's messaging charges.

Your mobile number

Only opt in with a number you own or are authorized to use. Let us know if your number changes or is reassigned. Do not send sensitive financial information through text messages or the inquiry form.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and SMS consent. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
